Sanskrit and How Sanskrit applies to Cakras, What is an Energy Body, and What are the 7 subtle bodies. What are the Physical and Psychological Characteristics of the 7 Major Cakra Organs Cakra Therapy and How Cakra Therapy applies to healing Physical and Psychological Symptoms. NOCN Introduction to Cakras Summary A practical introduction to working with Cakras and the energy body, students will learn practical activities for their own use and benefit personally from the changes it promotes. The course explores 'What are Cakras?', their history and origins, and the relevance of Sanskrit. It asks ‘What is an Energy Body?’ and ‘What are the 7 subtle bodies?’ It Explores Cakra therapies, and shares ways to heal Body, Mind and Spirit. Delivery The course is delivered either over a five hour workshop, or online via distance learning, and is facilitated by one of our trained tutors. It is endorsed by the NOCN (National Open College Network) and all students who successfully complete the course will be provided with a certificate from the NOCN.
