NOCN Introduction to Jiva Yoga Summary Sri Ramana’s Jiva Yoga programme is a universal introduction to the practise of Yoga asanas (postures) for the promotion of all-round health and wellbeing. Suitable for all levels of ability, new and experienced Yoga Lovers, the programme explores ancient techniques and their origination including; The Cakra system, Breathing techniques, Meditation, Panchatantra moral based stories and Chanting. Delivery The course is delivered either over a five hour workshop, or online via distance learning, and is facilitated by one of our trained tutors. It is endorsed by the NOCN (National Open College Network) and all students who successfully complete the course will be provided with a certificate from the NOCN.
