NOCN Vidya Vedanta Summary A practical introduction to the oldest philosophy in the world; Understand the ancient Hindu Philosophy, Self Realisation and Puja (Prayer); Learn about the mind and meditation; Discover your Divine Senses; Develop an awareness of ‘What a Satguru?’ is and ‘What are Vasasnas?’; Understand what the 4 yogic paths and practises are and delve into the study of Hindu scriptures/text. This course shares how you can incorporate its practices into your daily life, and experience the time honored benefits that they bring. Relevant and accessible to people of all faiths and none. Delivery The course is delivered either over a five hour workshop, or online via distance learning, and is facilitated by one of our trained tutors. It is endorsed by the NOCN (National Open College Network) and all students who successfully complete the course will be provided with a certificate from the NOCN.
