We work with children, young people, animals and adults who are living on the margins of society; if you are living with e.g. BAME, LSEG, SEN, low waged, Unemployed, Ex users, Refugees, Asylum seekers, Single parents, Ex offenders, Homeless, Mental illness, LGBTQ2+, ADHD, Autism, Giftedness, Aspergers syndrome, Bi-polar, alcoholism recovery, drug addiction recovery, fleeing from domestic violence, or sexual abuse, people seeking advice, a high soul, in a spiritual crisis, anyone feeling on the margins of society, prisoners.
The Shiva Trust provides profound Mental Health & Well Being courses and tools that support your search for; and the cultivation of inner peace, happiness, mental health and well-being. We support people struggling with their mind, throughout your struggles and beyond, we're right there with you, offering emotional, physical and practical support.
What to do if you need help?

We will respond and arrange an assessment with one of our trained support workers. Your support worker will work closely with you and develop an action plan. They will support you to achieve the goals you set with them, and hold your hand every step of the way, so you do not feel alone.
We receive referrals, and work closely with multiple agencies. We also accept self referrals from individuals or families wishing to seek help either for their Self or someone close to them.
We fund, and receive funding for projects so we can support you. Working closely to support you to receive help and guidance to manage your mind's health and well being.
